What type of events does Redeemed Girl Ministries (RGM) offer?
Currently, there are four types of “turn-key” events that Redeemed Girl Ministries offers. Here is a list of each one with a brief description (keep in mind there is flexibility with the age group and audience for each event):
“Girls’ Night Out” – Finding the True Love that Fills a Girl’s Heart
Based off of Marian Jordan’s first book, Sex and the City Uncovered, “Girls’ Night Out” is a fun, evangelistic event designed to reach females in college. Using clips from the popular TV show Sex and the City, Marian talks about the many things girls use to fill the “God-shaped holes in their souls”. Marian ends her talk by explaining God’s design for sex and introducing them to a love that never fails – Jesus Christ. (Suggested # of Sessions: 1-2)
Woman vs. Wild!” – Learning to Survive the Wilderness Seasons of Life
Based off of Marian Jordan’s second book, Wilderness Skills for Women, “Woman vs. Wild” is an event that focuses on teaching women of all ages (mainly college and post-college) about the wild, wilderness seasons of life. Whether it is heartbreak, rejection, unmet desire, or any other kind of “full-blown meltdown”. Marian shares the “how to’s” of wilderness survival in a fun and transparent way. (Suggested # of Sessions: 1-5)
“The List” – Figuring out Prince Charming, the Corner Office and Happily Ever After
Based off of Marian Jordan’s third book, The List, this event teaches women of all ages (mainly college and post-college) how to truly live life to the fullest in their season of singleness. Like a big sister who’s “been there before”, Marian offers vivid teaching and truth to girls asking the question “I’m not in college…I’m not married…now what?” (Suggested # of Sessions: 1-5)
“Radiance!” – Living as Light in a Dark World
Based off of Marian Jordan’s fourth book, Radiance, this event teaches women of all ages to live as as radiant lights for Christ. In a culture that seeks to mask our light and beckons us with the glitter of worldliness, living as light can be hard to do. Marian vibrantly teaches God’s truth and challenges women to live by it.
